WHY IS music Production IMPORTANT?
Have you ever discovered a song and wondered how they made that sound? Learning how to produce music can seem like a daunting task, but learning the basics can provide you with the freedom to make the music you want to make. Even an understanding of the basics can lend itself to be useful during sessions with producers and other collaborators.

Most artists don’t want to spend their time learning about the music industry or reading a manual on how to use a DAW; they’d rather be making music! I, myself, was never a great student, yet I understood that learning the fundamentals would provide me a solid foundation to stand on. Education isn’t for everyone. However, I strongly believe that if you want to make the best decisions for your music career, you need to understand the industry you’re getting into.

I’ve been working in the music industry for over 14 years, from producing and marketing my own music to educating my friends and collaborators on how artists get paid.
I have a degree in Music Industry and Music Production from the University of Southern California (Fight On!).
I have worked with numerous artists and collaborators, giving them the necessary information to make the best career choices.
